Did you ever feel like you might be spinning in circles?


If you make a 360-degree change in your life, that’s exactly what you are doing. Yet, people spin sentences with this expression all the time. 


"I'm making a 360-degree change in my life."



Mostly, folks probably mean to describe a complete about-face, or a total turn-around. It could even be a New Year's resolution to reinvent one's life.

That’s a 180-degree change.
