Suppose to or
supposed to - Mixed messages and misused words from A to Z
Somebody stop me! I simply cannot stand it when someone
substitutes suppose to for supposed to. It’s simply sacrilege,
as far as good writing is concerned.
Correctly used, supposed to points to something occurring
the way folks generally suppose it is mean to occur. It may
even include a sense of obligation or responsibility.
This is how it is supposed to go.
I suppose, to state things correctly,
I am supposed
to include an appropriate example of this phrase here. Perhaps readers
may suppose
I just did.

'Suppose to' is one of those phrases that always looks less than literate to me, as if the writer isn't well read and is just repeating something he's misheard.
